Will Kennedy studied Classical Archaeology at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He was a doctoral fellow in research group (A-1) Marginal Habitats. His research focuses on the landscape organization of the Petra Hinterland in Nabataean-Roman times.
Will Kennedy has also participated in the PhD program “Landscape Archaeology and Architecture” (LAA) at the Berlin Graduate School of Ancient Studies (BerGSAS).
