Jana Kubatzki is a Musicologist and Doctoral Fellow of Group C-III “Acts”. She is writing her dissertation on the special role played by music in ancient Greek processions. Her research interests have an interdisciplinary orientation and include current ritual research as well as spatial theories, performance theories and the definitions of processions and festivals.
