Christin Keller studied Prehistoric Archaeology at Freie Universität Berlin and Masaryk University Brno/Czech Republic and finished her PhD thesis on social structures of the Eastern Hallstatt Culture (“Rekonstruktion sozialer Gruppen der Hallstattzeit zwischen Enns und Donau”) in 2014. She participated in excavations of the German Archaeological Institute in Mongolia and Jordan and worked in the Orient Department and the Tehran Branch/Eurasia Department of the German Archaeological Institute. Since 2015 she has been supervising the buildup of the ArchäometrieNetzwerk Berlin-Brandenburg (archaeometrie.berliner-antike-kolleg.org). In autumn 2017 she coordinated the production of the film series “Wissensräume. Antikenforschung in Berlin“ for Topoi, and since December 2017 Christin Keller has been working as a research assistant in the Excellence Cluster Topoi.
