Prof. Dr. Frank Kammerzell

Frank Kammerzell is Professor of Northeast African Archaeology and Cultural History at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He specializes in the phonology, morphology, syntax and lexicon of the Egyptian language, the language history and diachronic typology of Egyptian, language contact and linguistic affinities, the development, systematization, usage and history of writing, the history of the Carians in Egypt and the history of scholarship.
