The reading group organized by PhD students of the BerGSAS`s program Ancient Languages and Texts meets every second thursday to read and translate ancient Greek texts. In summer semester 2015 we read the Idyls by Theocritus. The idea is to translate the original greek texts and discuss philological, linguistic or literary problems connected with the text. The group is open to all PhD students. If you are interested, but the time does not suit you, do not hesitate to contact us and let us know.
