Kai Radloff studied Prehistoric Archaeology, History and Archaeology of Roman provinces and Classical Archaeology at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and Universität Wien and received his Master`s Degree in 2012. Since 2017 he has been doctoral fellow at the Excellence Cluster Topoi with the thesis “Grenzland im Wandel – Die Landschaft nördlich und südlich des Niederrheins zwischen 50 v.Chr. und 500 n.Chr.” He also has participated in the PhD program Landscape Archaeology and Architecture (LAA) at the Berlin Graduate School of Ancient Studies (BerGSAS).
