Janina Körper is studying ancient climate conditions.

It is well known that climate conditions affect human living conditions. Janina Körper’s studies focus on the question how climate may have changed in the past 6000 years and thus affected living conditions. Therefore, she employs global climate models and develops regionalization techniques to gain regional information on past climates at the study sites of Research Groups A-I and A-II.
