Jaime Curbera studied in Madrid and Rome and spent two years in Athens with a post-doctoral fellowship. Since 2000 he has been working in Berlin at the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften within the research project “Inscriptiones Graecae”, where he is responsible for the forthcoming volumes of Post-Euclidic Attic Dedications and of the Attic Curse Tablets. His main interests are Greek Vocabulary and Onomastics.
