Markham J. Geller is Gastprofessor für Wissensgeschichte at the Freie Universität with special interests in Babylonian science, especially medicine. He has close links with the MPIWG and is involved in programmes dealing with Lingua Franca and Multilingualism, and the Globalisation of Knowledge.
